Found this afternoon. I actually talked to the owner. This one is a ‘94, started as an NA, but is now running a single turbo and ~550 hp. New paint, redone interior; basically, the works. It sounded really good, too!
I always forget how small these are, compared to modern cars. Can we go back to the size things were in the ‘90s?

I wish we could, but it would take a long time, especially since most people think “bigger car == safety”

Looks like he needs some of this
And then a little bit of this
Who pays for a respray but leaves the headlights all cloudy?
Still a good looking car though.

I think I'm one of the few people who really dislike that version of the Supra. The previous gen just looked better than the fish face Subra

And they’re not wrong. But a lot of those benefits are wiped out if all cars are bigger. It would be nice if government safety testing focused more on the safety of people outside the car, instead of being focused mainly on the occupants. Car buyers have strong incentives to buy cars that are safer for them, but we could definitely do better to nudge people towards buying cars that are safer for everyone else.

Those are still good looking cars, look even better in silver. (And who left their cart next to that WRX...shame on you... )

Yes, 90s cars look tiny, although they have grown in every direction, the most noticable change is the high beltlines on modern cars. Look at sporty cars like the SC300, 850csi, and 3000GT, that seemed a little portly in their day, look pretty sleek and almost petite now.
I don't see too many Supras out in the wild, maybe they are all drifting in California or Tokyo or whatever.
